Our Privacy Policy for Disclosing Your Information to Third Parties

We partner with a third party payment processing company.  We share your name, address, credit card and other payment related information with this company in order to process payments you authorize.  This company is under a strict confidentiality agreement with us to ensure that your information is safe and secure.

At various times when you provide us with personal information, you will be given the option of providing us with personal information, such as your name and email address, in order to receive recurring informational or promotional newsletters via email from us and/or directly from third parties (“Newsletters”). 1. If we are required to disclose information by law.  When directed by a court of law or other government entity or if we have a good faith basis to believe such action is necessary to comply with the law, we may be obligated to disclose personal information.  In such event, we will comply with the law and make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you.

We do not sell or distribute personal information to any third parties except as set forth above.  Please be aware that all of the information that you disclose or content that you post in your user profile, forum posts, comments, or other public portions of the Sites becomes public information. Because this information is publicly available, we cannot control how others treat it so we ask all Users to exercise care in deciding what information they chose to share.
